Lightly grease your microwave-safe bowl or mug with cooking spray or butter. - π₯ Mix it up
Crack the eggs into the bowl. Add milk (or water), salt, and pepper. Beat everything well with a fork. - π Add extras (optional)
Stir in your chopped veggies or cheese for added flavor and texture. - π Microwave in intervals
Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir.
